2010 Music USA Reservation Information

Parents:
The Music USA Festival packet is now available. Please download a copy and read the entire contents. The Student Permission Form (last two pages of the packet) must be printed on one page, double sided. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
The Reservation Form, $50.00 deposit, and the Student Permission Form are due on November 23, 2009.
Please make arrangements to attend the final Music USA meeting scheduled for April 22, 2010. 630PM-730PM in the cafeteria.
