Jim Knecht of Three Oaks Middle School received a Golden Apple on Friday for his work as a music teacher. Knecht has been teaching chorus and orchestra at the school for eight years.

• 2/29/08--Chamber Orchestra earns Superior ratings at the Florida Orchestra Association's Music Performance Assessment (MPA)!!!! WOW!! The tradition continues!
• Bottled water is required for ALL choir students on a daily basis.
• Cypress Lake Center for the Arts Auditions: Please visit their website for applications, admission requirements, and additional information.
• Approximately 15+ 8th grade students will audition.
• Vocal: 3/26 and 3/27. 6:30-9:00
• Mrs. Spaulding will provide her piano skills for rehearsals and auditions.
• Orchestra: 3/25. 6:30-9:00

Chamber Choir will perform at the Everblades games for their THIRD year (two of six performances this year- a total of 16 performances)!!!!!

Coming Soon!-- a human arm model used teach the function of the Arm and Hand muscles, how to avoid Tendinitis and Carpal Tunnel, and proper muscle memory necessary for successfully playing an Orchestra instrument! One of MANY exciting things happening in Choir and Orchestra!!
